actually i wan go out with my ji mui...

but at last, i must attend my training...

so i can't go aeon with them...

ying and tien: sorry... i had promise u all... but at last i can't go...i don't mean to ffk...

they went aeon for celebrate jon's birthday...

happy 16th birthday to him !

early morning, i woke up...

about 8 ,

when i on the way, i msg yee jing, ask her whether going koko anot... but she did't go... T.T

8 to 10 was bkb training.. then 10 to 12 volleyball training...

most of them in bkb training...

i scare i will alone at school, so i went to ching's house first...

she just woke up.. gosh !

i wait her to prepare for 1 hour++, that time i felt so sleepy...

9.30, her mum sent us to school...

i went to volleyball club and sitting behind...they just ended their meeting only...
seniors was suan us...
senior: wah... u two damn early... koko wat time start har? the meeting end d, only u two come...

us: we was laughing and said, our training haven start yet... we come just for training...

mr teh came, then training started d...

as usual, warm up 30 minute...

do digging for 30 minute...

others time, mr teh let us to train the junior, form 1 & 2...

AGAIN ! mr teh train under 18...

ching and me train them until pekchek !

their attitude so sucks ! keep complain this complain that...

if dun wan join scl team, then don't come from training la...

while teng and cherine was train them, we went in the class sitting and talk...

training ! sucks la... got come=no come !

regret to go training instead of going out with friend...

finally 12 o'clock d, ching and me faster 'zhao' !

sleeping time !

4 something woke up, i went dad's shop to jaga shop..

my dad wanna go out...

8++, have our dinner then back to home d....

my 2 sister and i, woke up so early today !

semanget man !

i going bukit cahaya with my 2 sister and her 2 friend...

after prepared, we went to fetch my sis friends...

awesome !

bukit cahaya located at seri alam...

from bukit raja (old jj) went there, just about 15 minutes like that, if no sesak !

8 something we reached there...

first,we rent bicycle from there...

some ppl choose not to cycle, they will walk or sit the small bus to go up the hill...

but we prefer cycle !

then we started our journey d !

b4 that, sis has taught me how to change gear,break or watever thing ...

cyling all the way !

starting , it was so hard..

unbalance ! too long did't cycle d...

i dunno how to control expecially cycle up the hill...

cycle down the hill !

wah ! it was so nice ! the speed ! fuiseh ! no need use energy at all !

but very very dangerous ! if loose control, ur whole body will fLY !

that time u can sang a song d ! " i believe i can FLY "

at last , i get the way to cycle...

sweating alot !

damn tiring ! must use alot of leg energy..

there have alot of activity and many place can visit...

1 of the place that we visit was the 4 season house...

whenever go until where, we always take pic !

we have alot of fun ! smiling all the time ! jokes all the time !

we play until 12 something, then we rest at the stall...

after that only we go eng ann have our brunch !

reached home about 3 something...

to those ppl who love natural enviroment or love cycling, i recognize u to go to this place !

it was a nice place to give ppl relax and enjoy !

no spend alot on it....
