CRYING T_T

Everybody cries sometimes...

Crying is a natural way to letting go of pent up emotions.

It is sad fact that many children are shamed for crying.

Adults who are led to believe that crying is not OK may depress their feeling of sadness.

Emotions that are not allowed to release teng to leak out in other areas of their lives.

The ability to express our amotions whether alone or in communication to others is necessay for a happy life.

MSSD

first day^
7.45, we reached andalas court...
we then started our training & warming up... we was so excited..
our first match,MGS versus BANDAR SULTAN SULEIMAN (malay scl)...
cherine, teng,lai quan,wan teng,josephine and me enter court..
this match we played like a piece of SHIT !
know wat? the ball came in front of us, we standing like a stone and see the ball drop.. mayb the first match we still no semangat !
we not alert;we din communicated ! we damn blur in this game.. except cherine, 5 of us don have any experience for playing mssd... we very very nervous even cherine too !
we earn point from serving !
first game, BSS serve for 4~5 balls we can't get.. because they keep serve backline, without cherine we dunno how to cover .. only cherine will cover back line..
first game, we lose to them d...so after that, we lost confidence d...

second game-6/15
15 point is BSS not us !
conclusion, we lose 15 point to BSS school...
finish first match, we went out and talked about our mistake & weakness.. lai quan too stress d, she cried ! all started bad mood !
b4 second match, we ate potato salad... su ching brought for senior and us... it was so delicious..
12 something, second match started...
MGS VS BUKIT KUDA
first game, cherine,quan,teng,jessie,jos. and me enter...
first game-6/15
second game, jos. exchange with ching, so ching enter court..
we played better than the first match ! cherine ran all over the court.. we tried our best to earn point from digging...
the last game, our semangat and confidence only came.. its too late..
we all kept talked and cheer for our teammates.. won't like the first match, just keep quiet..
at the end, we still lose ! 7/15
we lose 15 point to BK nvm... BK quite strong, they still got spiker..
but we lose 15 point to BSS scl, not worth it !!!?!!!
if we played with BSS scl how we played with BK SCL, i think we can't get more point !
quan and ching cry... they too stress d... they blame to their serving...
we lose all d !!!!?!!!!!!!
they too strong, no choice...
after 2 match finished, then we went back scl d...
at the bus, they abit bad mood... cherine and me like siao po, lose d still can laugh.. we discuss the match thing.. we like very happy that we lose.. but actually not la, we still got 2 years to go wat.. i enjoyed and get many experience from the game ! i feel so satisfaction !
this is my first time for playing for mssd...
i damn happy , i din fail any of my serving.. all over net !
we stayed back and train with seniors...

training at morning...
last training !
7.30~11am..
today whether is super duper H-O-T ! although is morning !
why our school don build a indoor court? play under the hot sun for 3 hour+ ! now, i totally sunburn d !
today i train very hard...
whole day train serving... i injure my hand and the part that i use to serve ball, bongkak d !
i scare i can't serve well on monday...
when senior see 1 by 1 serve, last time only 5 ball can over net out of 10... today ! 9 ball i can serve over... 7th ball,kah fong was kept shouting on me and said: if u over net i balanja u mcd flury...
i was too excited, i thought that ball will over net, but at last NO ! kah fong was craping hand and so happy cause she no need to belanja d...
nvm ! at least i try my best to serve over...
i got more confidence on my serving d! if only i can put 100% concentrate on it, my ball sure can over...
after that, we play game...
i always very nervous & scare the ball when i enter court ...
i play with my own teammates, i also scare d ; so how if i play with other school?
normally training, my digging is not bad== when the time i enter court and play game, my digging is really very bad...
i started no mood... i scare i will give them alot of trouble and make them lose... i scare i can't dig properly...
i scare will make cherine disappointed...
in the court, we won't talk only some of them, we won't communicate... when the ball come to who, we just keep quiet. no teamworks ! thats our big big problem !

training end, we had our meeting again...
whole vb team sitting and discuss !
senior ask me got wat problem when playing game ; got anything to tell ur teammates?
i told them my problem...
they say i got alot of negative thinking...
too scare for it !
yesterday i get my jersey d... exactly look like football jersey cause it was red in colour.. the colour damn sharp !
i hate my jersey number , it is 6 !
i wan to take 7... cause of the position and the size problem, so we have to exchange...
non 1 of us get the number we wan all have changed by the seniors...
ching wan 3 but get 4 ; cherine wan 6 but get 1...
so sad, we can't take the number we wan...
2morrow got training for senior.. we can go but i choose not to go instead staying at house and rest !

my mood is totally bad ! i argue with my eldest sis again.. i called her, ask her to fetch me...i 'hao hao' talked to her, she start scold me kao kao ; i can't tahan d, i shouted on the phone very loudly at kd..! my phone credit is going to finish d, but she still talking so many of nonsense ! i really hate to listen ! every time will gave me a big bag of stress ! before i going out, for sure she will scold me, make me to bring the sad face go out ! thing not yet happen, so please don't suspect i will do it wrongly ! did u think u got a little bit respect us? did u think everytime u scold us its right? luckily friends always will bring me happiness..

after training, we planed to go aeon to buy short pant.. we wanted to wear all same pants on tournament.. actually we planed to go buy together, at last teng, cherine and others go their own.. they go early..
i hang out with ching,kenny, chee yeen and ching's sis...
3 something when i reached aeon, they all just went back only.. cherine bought the pants d, so we just go kia kia...
8 something, ching's mum fetch me go back home d...


i had use all my energy d..
i'm tired !

today i go training as usual...
my training today start early, and end early...
under 15 vb , must choose ppl again... got some problem... those who came for training, they din enter for scl team, but those got came training for many times, but cherine din put their names..
senior got the main six list d... 4 ppl is sure in the main six list, but another 2 is dunno who...
friday got vb meeting to make sure who is entering the scl team for vb...

after training, i went kd...
cause my sis didn't came and fetch me so early...
all of the under 15 bkb ppl came back... all of them came to kd...
they walked to kd with a happy face... ching and i tot they was win alrdy... we was ready to grats them ...
manatau,they smile and said : we lose till kao kao...
they lose all scl...
yong kept on telling the stody bout the tournament...
when they playing, convent gave support for mgs... damn weird...

they lose raja zarina scl only 2 mark... damn wasted...
man teng was like damn bad mood that time... cherine still had a smiling face... other ppl like hungry ghost.. keep eat... lai quan just finish her roti kosong, she call another plate of nasi lemak... first time see her eat so much... damn shocked...
early morning, before they go their tournament, i keep suan siao them , 'no win don't come back ya' ^ i just joking only...
they went their tournament d , i msg 1 by 1 and wish them good luck... i wrote a very long msg for them especially teng and cherine... although they din win, but they still try their best to play for mgs... now they sunburn d... kesian... even evelyn so fair, came back also bcome 'chao tar' d...

morning, i do cupcakes with my sis...
actually very easy to bake only...
we use 1 hour and half to do...
down there the cake muffin part very nice, but the top icing too sweet d..
the top icing just for decoration... very colourful but u can see that very cacat,right ? if want to eat, u will get diabetes soon... hahax...

afternoon, i went a aunty's house with sis...
and we brought her some cupcakes...
i played with shaun...
he was so cute and chubby ; he very active, playful... i inlove with his big eyes and thick thick eyebrown... feel like wanted to pinch and kiss his face, so chubby... hahax...

6/4 :
first day of exam...
bm,science and geografi...
bm i did not studied novel... at last, came out exactly wat my bm teacher give us the novel exercise before... damn regret for didn't studied at allllllll... i scare my whole bahagian C, the novel part i get zero mark... cause i didn't write back the answer to the test pad...
science and geo don't have much problem...

7/4:
i din go school... no exam...
so stayed at house study...

8/4 :
second day of exam...
bi,math,moral and pjk...

9/4:
last day of exam...
sej, seni, kh and sivik..
if unlucky, i sure fail me sejarah again... i din study... simply put answer only...
so relax when we end our last paper... that was seni... after the last paper, we all like keep shouting and screaming around !! damn relax... exam finish d...
really nice !
evening got training...mr teh lebih lebih... all of the volleyball members kena scold from him just because last saturday most of the senior din't came for training... come in my class, i was sitting in front of him, he keep complain complain and complain...call me to inform them to pass him back all the ball... and lai quan suddenly kena scold from him... he damn xiu hei ... under 15 also kena, we din do anything wrong... actually from the start , he also din train us d... so we won't have big effect... after training, went back to bath then rush to tuition d...

10/4:
today...
early morning, ching and i went to kenny's house...
pang shen train us volleyball.. edmund came also...
we gave him tortue us like hell... he SM 1... but he train us not bad also la... i had improve my surving... he teach us the correct way to play... we train for 3 hours, luckily not under the hot sun... ching lost her phone d !
after that, kok ann came... then 3 of them went out eat until they dissapear d...
then went to bath...
2 something, after kenny piano lesson class finish, then we went Aeon...
hang out with ching, kenny and his mum... we ate our brunch at pizza hut...
i meet ju wei, ching's cousin and their friend, go kacau them... we doing boring stuff there(reading) while waiting kenny's mum buying thing at popular..
few minutes later, we cannot tahan d, so went out the popular and go kia kia...
saw alot of acs ppl there... sprayers, soon keat , andy, boon huat and others more...
not longer, kenny's mum say 1 went back d... saw them second time at mcd...
i stayed at ching's house until 8 something then dad come fetch me...
bad mood la !
now posting blog...
tomorrow got ganti sekolah.. 2morrow my school having gotong-royong... so , i'm not going...
but dunno got training or not...
this week really tired , keep headache... didn't sleep well...

next week bkb tournament but i'm not involve of it...
jia you for MGS ! especially cherine and man teng, and all my under 15 friend must jia you lo !!! u all trAIN so hard...
the kapten of under 15, man teng, don't stress bcos of bkb and don't bosong cherine d leh... must have team work ... give more confidence and semangat on volleyball ...our team is going to death... 1 week more to go for our volleyball tournament... so u two semangat abit le.i feel u two like care bkb more than vb, when bkb training so semangat but when vb training, then u two ver bad mood d... why la? next week the whole week u two don't have time to come for vb training d...
team mate must have one spirit !

today got training again...
i went training as usual...
before training, i argue with sis... T.T
reason, because i last minute only told her i got training... she need to fetch me and the pray thing... is just like that, we argue...
all seniors didn't come from training, except yan teng & jing yee...but mr teh came...
i started hate mr teh d... why don't he put abit effort to train us although all senior didn't came?

mr teh always make us no confidence,no semangat to play...

mr teh: why under 18 ppl din attend training?

mr teh: you all should tell me earlier, then today i no need came to school.. wasting my time....
us: we was like speechless d... how did mr teh will say like that to us??

today mr teh train us for 1 hour then he went back d... no choice, we train ourselves... training 10 o'clock until 12 o'clock... but we train until 11.15 like that, we stoped our training... we sat at the court and talked quite long...
after that, we went kd...
1 something, kenny's mum come fetch ching and me from kd.. they went kp to play bkb... ching and me was damn sesat... they playing bkb, we playing volleyball...

i just came back from tuition...

yesterday & today i stay at home study, i didn't go school...
kinda bored and lonely!
alone at house nia...
this 2 days feel so moody !
yesterday i show my eldest sis my report card... at last, i kena scold and she started talked about my studies ! she was like gave me alot of stress, and i cried out on that spot... this day my mood not so good... i easy get angry , especially the way i treat my family... sometimes, i really can't control my temper...
next monday exam... i do my revision for science only, others i not yet start...

2morrow was our school sport day...
ching call me to accompany her,i don't dare to go... i kena for perbarisan (wajib), but i wrote a letter and lie teacher that i went back penang to pray for 'cheng beng'...
ching 2morrow must wear 'saree'... she wakil for rumah ungu...
temporaily; haven count 2morrow sport day, the markah keseluruhan for rumah sukan, the highest is rumah ungu... i think they will get champion...
hahax! ohya,but i still will support rumah merah !
